Dr. Erica Miller Biography
Dr. Erica Miller is a Holocaust survivor, mental health professional, entrepreneur, and international bestselling author who has spent a lifetime turning adversity into audacity.
Born in Romania in 1933, she and her family were imprisoned in a Nazi holding camp in Ukraine for four years, from age 7 to 11. After their liberation, she began school and quickly excelled. At 15, her family immigrated to Israel, where she worked by day, attended school by night, and went on to serve proudly in the Israeli Air Force.
In 1958, Dr. Miller moved to Los Angeles, earned her PhD in psychology, and, together with her husband, built a chain of mental health clinics and nonprofit programs serving court-mandated populations for over 40 years.
Today, she runs her family’s real estate business in Austin, Texas, inspires audiences worldwide, and is the author of three books. Now in her 90s, Dr. Miller inspires audiences with her unapologetic voice and powerful message of “guts, grit, and gusto.” Her life is living proof that it’s never too late to thrive.
