His book, "Winners Travel: A Doctor’s Guide to Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health," anchors the simple, evidence-informed “small wins” routines he teaches.

Across three decades in the clinic, Dr. Lowder has sat with people in every season of life—celebrating wins, steadying them on their hardest days, and walking with them as they search for meaning and balance. Those years, he says, taught him more about human nature than any textbook. He has seen what happens when people lose sight of purpose—and the transformation when they find it again.

That’s what inspired Dr. Lowder to write "Winners Travel" and to launch the Winners Travel Foundation—a nonprofit that gives caregivers and veterans the chance to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves through life-changing travel experiences. Dr. Lowder has been married to his wife, Kelliegh, for 27 years, and they have three children: Clayton, Coker, and Liza. He is a husband, father, doctor, farmer, entrepreneur, and author—but above all, someone who cares deeply about people.
