Dr. Anthony Chaffee

Dr. Anthony Chaffee, MD is an American medical doctor, neurosurgical resident, and international advocate for dietary health and ancestral nutrition. He is best known for his research and outspoken advocacy of the carnivore diet—a nutritional protocol centered around animal-based foods and the exclusion of plant toxins and processed carbohydrates.

With a background in molecular and cellular biology, Dr. Chaffee has spent over two decades studying the relationship between diet and chronic disease.
