Dr. Amy Hebert Knopf, PhD, CRC, is an internationally recognized leadership consultant, keynote speaker and organizational development strategist with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of inclusive leadership, accessibility and belonging.

As founder and CEO of AccessPlus Global, Dr. Hebert Knopf created The All-In Method, a transformative framework guiding leaders and organizations toward cultures of sustainable, equity-centered excellence. A repeated presenter at the United Nations Zero Project Conference in Vienna, a George H.W. Bush Fellow at the Harkin Institute and a Zero Project Award recipient, Dr. Hebert Knopf has advised U.S. federal agencies, international governments, ambassadors and senior policy leaders across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Before founding AccessPlus Global, Dr. Hebert Knopf served as a fully tenured faculty member and department chair at St. Cloud State University, where she directed graduate programs in rehabilitation counseling and secured over $5 million in federal grants. She is founder and executive producer of The ABILITY Event, a multi-year, multi-country convening platform advancing disability rights and global inclusion. Dr. Hebert Knopf is the author of the book, "The All-In Method," and holds dual certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, CRC, and as a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies, CPACC. She is known for bringing research, diplomacy and direct human storytelling together in ways that move audiences and organizations to action.
