Diana Chapman

Diana Chapman is a conscious leadership coach, author, and co-founder of The Conscious Leadership Group, an organization focused on transforming leadership and organizational culture. Chapman has a background in personal development and human consciousness, having studied with psychologists Gay and Katie Hendricks before applying their methodologies to business leadership. She specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations reduce workplace drama and improve collective well-being.

Chapman has advised more than 1,000 organizational leaders and their teams, developing and implementing onboarding and ongoing leadership programs in collaboration with co-founder Jim Dethmer. Her clients include companies such as Asana and Esalen. Chapman also facilitates Conscious Leadership Group Forums in the Bay Area for founders, venture capitalists, and CEOs, as well as YPO Forums and Chapters globally. She has been recognized as one of the top CEO coaches in Silicon Valley.

Chapman co-authored the book "The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership: A New Paradigm for Sustainable Success," a widely referenced resource in the conscious leadership field. She is also developing a title, "No Drama Teams."
