Debra Eckerling is a goal strategist, author, and speaker focused on transforming goal culture in the workplace and beyond. As a professional writer, communications specialist, and project consultant with more than 20 years of experience, Eckerling has built a career helping individuals and organizations clarify objectives and develop actionable plans. She is the creator of the DEB Method, a goal-setting system designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives to turn aspirations into practical steps. Eckerling is the author of several books that present her methodology, including "Your Goal Guide: A Roadmap for Setting, Planning and Achieving Your Goals," which received the Independent Publisher Book Awards Silver Medal in Self-Help. Her book "52 Secrets for Goal-Setting and Goal-Getting" features insights from executives, entrepreneurs, producers, authors, actors, chefs, creatives, and thought leaders such as Guy Kawasaki, Mari Smith, Patrick J.
