Dean Sampano

Dean Sampano is a Toronto-based entrepreneur, author, therapist, and corporate keynote speaker. Sampano founded Mass Consultants Canada, developing it into a leading sales and leadership training company, and subsequently established two additional multimillion-dollar businesses. Early in his career, he served as a sales trainer for General Motors Dealer Group and later joined a team of negotiators, becoming a top producer nationally. Sampano developed and copyrighted the sales system "PSP" (Professional Sales Procedure) and has been featured in Report on Business.

Sampano's academic background includes studies in neuro-linguistic psychology, buyer psychology, and non-verbal communication, as well as certification in cognitive behavior therapy from Hincks-Dellcrest Institute. He has received recognition from the NGH and the National Federation of Neuro-Psychology. Over his career, Sampano has delivered more than 1,000 lectures on topics such as human connection, mental wellness, leadership, and business success. His keynote programs, including "The 12 Keys To Connect With People" and "The 21 Keys To Great Leadership & Building Great Companies," focus on science-based strategies for organizational trust, commitment, and loyalty.
