David McNally is the author of the bestselling books "Even Eagles Need a Push: Learning to Soar in a Changing World," "The Eagle’s Secret: Success Strategies for Thriving at Work and in Life" and "Be Your Own Brand: Achieving More of What You Want by Being More of Who You Are. You Are.

He is the producer of the highly acclaimed documentaries "The Power of Purpose" and "If I Were Brave." His book, "Even Eagles Need A Push," was also produced as a documentary and was named the number one personal empowerment film in the world.

McNally has inspired millions of people all over the world and is a member of the Speakers’ Hall of Fame. He was designated by a leading speakers’ bureau as one of their top 50 business speakers. His clients include Delta Air Lines, Amtrak, the Walt Disney Imagineers, Habitat for Humanity, Presbyterian Homes, and many more.

McNally lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Married twice, his first wife, Jo, the mother of his five children, passed away from ovarian cancer. His second wife, Cheryl, succumbed to Alzheimer’s disease. Despite such losses, McNally believes in the transcendent nature of the human spirit, that we can stay engaged in life in ways that ensure life always has meaning and purpose.
