Danielle Cobo

Danielle Cobo is a motivational speaker and consultant specializing in leadership development, organizational change, and workplace resilience. Drawing on her education in communication and psychology from California State University of Fullerton and certifications in inclusive and ethical leadership from University of South Florida Muma College of Business, as well as human behavior consulting in association with Personality Insights, Inc., Cobo built a career in the corporate sector before establishing her own consulting practice.

In her previous role as a Fortune 500 senior sales manager, Cobo led her team to a number one national ranking during periods of organizational transition. Her leadership was recognized with the title of Region Manager of the Year. Cobo now focuses on helping organizations and individuals develop grit, resilience, and effective leadership skills to achieve professional and personal success.

As an international speaker, Cobo addresses topics such as heart-centered leadership, corporate resilience, and change management. Her expertise has been featured on ABC World News, Fox and Friends, and Women’s Quarterly Magazine. Her articles have appeared in Thrive Global and Authority Magazine. Based in Tampa, Florida, Cobo is a military spouse and mother to twin boys. She has completed two 3-day, 60-mile walks, reflecting the resilience and determination she promotes in her work.
