Daniel Sieberg

Daniel Sieberg is an entrepreneur, Emmy-nominated journalist, and technology strategist whose career bridges broadcast media, Silicon Valley, and artificial intelligence innovation. Sieberg's expertise stems from more than a decade as a science and technology correspondent for CNN, ABC News, and CBS News, as well as senior executive roles with innovation teams at Google, Moody's Analytics, and Huawei USA.

He has been nominated for five national News & Documentary Emmy Awards and has appeared as a featured guest on PBS News, MSNBC, BBC News, and NBC's Today Show. Sieberg hosted episodes of CNN's weekly science and technology show "NEXT@CNN" and "G Word" for Discovery Channel's Planet Green.

As a founder, co-founder, executive, journalist, public speaker, and two-time author, Sieberg has experience in leadership, strategy, public relations, marketing, e-commerce, product development, team dynamics, media, data, project management, stakeholder management, partnerships, and research and development. During his time at Google, Sieberg traveled to more than 25 Google offices, launched multiple large-scale projects, and completed the LEAD leadership program. He was named a Portfolio magazine Business Broadcasting All-Star and received Canada's Rafe Mair Award for public service journalism.

Sieberg is the author of "The Digital Diet" (Random House/Crown) and co-author of "Digital Legacy: Take Control of Your Online Afterlife" (Stonesong), both exploring the evolving relationship with technology. "The Digital Diet" was published with additional printings in the United Kingdom, Japan, and Korea, focusing on maintaining a healthy relationship with technology. Sieberg also edited Rikard Steiber's book "Supercharge Your Life With AI," contributing to discussions on AI, personalization, and digital transformation.

Sieberg is a three-time founder or co-founder of ScreenGeni.us, GoodTrust, and Civil, with a career spanning artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, media, and global business strategy. As the founder and CEO of ScreenGeni.us, he leads AI-driven content discovery, transforming how audiences engage with entertainment, sports, and news. He launched ScreenGeni.us as an AI assistant to help users decide what to watch, addressing the fragmented landscape of modern streaming.

Sieberg holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Victoria, a Master of Journalism from the University of British Columbia, and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School.
