Daniel Boulud

Daniel Boulud is a world-renowned French chef and restaurateur known for his modern approach to classic French cuisine. Born in Saint-Pierre-de-Chandieu, France, Boulud was raised on his family’s farm, where he developed a deep appreciation for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
