Dan Venezia

Dan Venezia is a former professional baseball player, fitness trainer, author, and motivational speaker known for sharing his experiences in overcoming adversity. Venezia earned a full scholarship to college for baseball and was drafted by the Minnesota Twins, beginning his professional career as a player in that organization. After his baseball career, Venezia transitioned to fitness training and coaching, operating a business on Manhattan's Upper East Side. He has directed camps and clinics, provided private lessons throughout the tri-state region, and serves as a trainer and life coach.

Venezia faced a significant health challenge when he was hospitalized in New Jersey with COVID-19, losing 25 pounds during the illness. While in the hospital, he focused on maintaining a positive mindset and concentrating on what he could control. He was discharged after four days. Previously, Venezia survived a head-on car collision, an experience he attributes to faith and resilience.
