Dan Eckelman is a real estate investor, international speaker, and financial educator with a career focused on helping individuals achieve financial independence. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in criminal law, Eckelman pursued entrepreneurship, earning a real estate license and beginning his career brokering properties before transitioning fully into real estate investment. He has developed expertise in a range of real estate strategies, including foreclosures, short sales, rental properties, raw land, and international property investment.

Eckelman's professional focus sharpened upon entering the tax lien industry, where he identified its potential as a high-return, accessible investment option. He developed both short-term and long-term strategies for tax lien and tax deed investing, emphasizing approaches that allow broad participation. His platform, DanWealth Academy, offers educational programs and coaching designed to help students build wealth through these investment methods.

In addition to tax lien investing, Eckelman has experience in business factoring, accounts receivable financing, lines of credit, purchase order financing, options trading, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
