Damien Woody

Damien Woody is a two-time Super Bowl champion and sports media personality known for his NFL career and contributions to football analysis. An All-American and All-Big East offensive lineman at Boston College, Woody gained national recognition before entering the professional ranks. Selected as a center by the New England Patriots with the No. 17 overall pick in the NFL Draft, Woody started all 16 regular season games as a rookie and contributed to two Super Bowl-winning teams. He was named to the NFL All-Rookie Team and earned a Pro Bowl selection.

Throughout his professional football career, Woody played every position on the offensive line, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. He played with and blocked for quarterbacks Brett Favre and Tom Brady, and was a member of two Super Bowl-winning teams with New England. Woody has also been open about his personal health journey. Four years after retiring, he weighed 388 pounds and appeared on NBC's "The Biggest Loser: Glory Days." During the six-month competition, he lost 107 pounds and continued his commitment to health by losing additional weight during the COVID-19 pandemic. Woody's willingness to share his experiences has made him a relatable figure to audiences beyond the sports industry, while his expertise in football analysis continues to resonate with fans and professionals alike.
