Daisy Auger-Dominguez

Daisy Auger-Domínguez is a workplace culture strategist, C-suite executive, and author whose career focuses on transforming organizational leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and employee experience. Auger-Domínguez studied international relations and women's studies at Bucknell University and earned a Master of Public Administration from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She began her corporate career at Moody's Investors Service, advancing from credit risk analyst to leading the company's first global diversity and inclusion function. Auger-Domínguez later held senior leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, Google, Viacom, and VICE Media Group, where she served as global chief people officer overseeing employee experience, DEI, ESG, and corporate facilities across more than 20 countries.

As CEO of Auger-Domínguez Ventures, she works as a fractional chief people officer, executive advisor, and keynote speaker, supporting organizations through crisis management, restructuring, and workplace transformation. Her advisory firm serves Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits, focusing on bridging the gap between organizational ideals and operational realities.

As Head of People and Workplaces at Digital Asset, she designs the strategies, systems, and environments that help people and business thrive.
