Consumed By Fire

Consumed by Fire is a contemporary Christian music trio composed of brothers Caleb Ward (lead vocals), Jordan Ward (harmonies and percussion), and Joshua Ward (guitar and harmonies) from Wagoner, Oklahoma. The group’s foundation in faith stems from their upbringing in the church where their parents served as pastors. Early in life, the brothers participated in choir services and musical functions within their congregation and traveled internationally with their evangelist parents, who conducted ministry and humanitarian work in more than 33 countries.

The trio began performing locally in Oklahoma as teenagers and transitioned to homeschooling to accommodate a rigorous touring schedule, performing nearly 200 shows in their first year. Their name is inspired by a verse in Jeremiah, and their musical style blends Christian pop, Southern rock, heartland rock, and folk rock, influenced by their father's diverse musical preferences, including artists such as Amy Grant and The Eagles. After years of independent touring and ministry across the United States and abroad, Consumed by Fire released the independent album "Something Real." The group later signed with Inpop Records, releasing the EP "Lean on Me," with the title track and "Walk Through the Fire" charting on Billboard's Christian charts. Their first full-length studio album, "Giving Over," featured the single "I Need You God," which reached No. 23 on the Christian Airplay chart.

A significant period for Consumed by Fire followed the loss of their father, which influenced their next project. After signing with Red Street Records, the group released the EP and full-length album "First Things First." The title track reached No. 2 on the Mediabase Audience chart, and "Walk With Jesus" peaked at No. 6. "First Things First" earned a K-Love Fan Awards nomination for Breakout Single of the Year and a Dove Awards nomination for Rock/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year for "Goodbye Ole Me." The group headlined the "First Things First Tour" in support of the album.

Consumed by Fire has continued to tour, including a Christmas tour with CCM artist Blanca. The group has returned to the studio to write and record additional music, releasing new singles and further developing their sound. Known for tight harmonies, faith-based lyrics, and a commitment to Christian music ministry, Consumed by Fire maintains a presence in the contemporary Christian music industry, connecting with audiences nationwide.
