Cleve Tidwell

Cleve Tidwell is the executive chairman of Zenbu Global Corporation, a global holding company. Tidwell is recognized for his extensive international business experience and leadership expertise, frequently appearing on the corporate speaking circuit. His career encompasses decades of executive roles across multiple continents, providing him with firsthand insight into global business operations, leadership, and team building.

After attending college, Tidwell served in the U.S. Marine Corps before entering the corporate sector. He has held senior executive positions at two Fortune 100 companies, including serving as senior vice president at AIG, where he oversaw Far East operations for Japan and Korea, managing operations, sales, and budgets totaling several billion dollars and leading more than 47,000 employees. At Textron Corporation, Tidwell managed financial operations across North America and, as a business consultant, visited 15 to 20 countries, engaging with business and political leaders worldwide. He has lived in Japan, Hong Kong, and Central America, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Japanese.

Tidwell also served as CEO of Zenbu Water Solutions, where he led initiatives in water remediation and reclamation technologies for industries such as oil and gas and food processing. His work in international business, government relations, and as chief executive officer of multiple companies has contributed to a broad operational perspective. Tidwell's experience as managing director of a coffee plantation in Honduras further expanded his knowledge of international commerce and cross-cultural business relationships.

As an international speaker and trainer, Tidwell has addressed more than 2,000 groups, reaching leaders and employees from companies in over 20 countries.
