Christian Slater

Christian Slater is an American actor whose career spans more than five decades across film, television, and stage. Slater began his career in entertainment at a young age, appearing on the soap opera "The Edge of Night" at age 7 and making his Broadway debut at age 9 in "The Music Man." He made his film debut in a leading role in "The Legend of Billie Jean" and gained wider recognition for his role as Jason Dean in the satire "Heathers."

In the following decade, Slater appeared in several major films, including "Young Guns II," "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves," "Interview with the Vampire," "Broken Arrow," and "Hard Rain," as well as cult films such as "Gleaming the Cube," "Pump Up the Volume," and "True Romance." "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" was a significant box office success, grossing more than $390 million worldwide.

Slater received critical acclaim for his role in the USA Network television series "Mr. Robot," earning the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor – Series, Miniseries or Television Film, along with additional nominations.
