Christian Navarro

Christian Lee Navarro is an Indigenous Puerto Rican American actor known for his work in television, film, and voice acting. Navarro discovered his interest in acting during high school after participating in a school play, which led him to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. He began his professional journey with guest roles on television series including "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," "Blue Bloods," and "Rosewood." An early milestone in his career was a recurring role on the HBO series "Vinyl," which explores the 1970s music scene in New York City.

Navarro gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Tony Padilla in the Netflix drama series "13 Reasons Why." In the series, Tony Padilla is Clay's best friend at Liberty High and plays a key role in the narrative surrounding Hannah's death. The adaptation of Jay Asher's novel addressed topics such as suicide, bullying, and sexual assault, earning Navarro a nomination for Best Actor – Television at the Imagen Awards.

Following his success on "13 Reasons Why," Navarro appeared in the biographical drama film "Can You Ever Forgive Me?" directed by Marielle Heller.
