Chris Paul

Chris Paul is a NBA All-Star and President of the National Basketball Players Association. Having played for the New Orleans Hornets, Los Angeles Clippers, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Phoenix Suns, Paul is regarded as one of the greatest point guards in NBA history. A 10x NBA All-Star, 6x Steals Champion, 9x All-Defensive Team, 4x Assists Champion, 9x All-NBA, 2005-06 All-Rookie, 2005-06 Rookie of the Year, 2013 All Star Game MVP, and 2x Olympic Gold Medalist, Paul is a future Hall of Famer.

Aside from basketball, Chris Paul is a philanthropist and advocate for minority equality. Paul supports Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and regularly helps to raise awareness for them. In 2020, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Live Nation Urban and Piedmont Triad native and the Chris Paul Family Foundation, teamed up to establish a formalized internship pipeline between the university and the company. The partnership supports a new course focused on entertainment, media and sports for students in the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics and Department of Journalism and Mass Communication in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.

Paul has also served as the National Basketball Players Association president since August 2013. One of the highest-paid athletes in the world, he holds endorsement deals with companies such as Air Jordan and State Farm.
