Chris Harrison

Chris Harrison is a television personality recognized for his work in reality television and game show hosting. Harrison began his broadcasting career as a sports reporter at CBS affiliate KWTV in Oklahoma City after attending Oklahoma City University on a soccer scholarship. He transitioned from part-time to weekend sportscaster and covered a range of stories, including significant news events such as the tragedy at the Federal Building in Oklahoma City, which influenced his perspective on journalism and broadcasting.

A move to Los Angeles for an audition with a horseracing network led Harrison to a permanent position in television, where he became host of HGTV's "Designer's Challenge," one of the network's consistently high-rated programs. Harrison achieved widespread recognition as the host of ABC's reality dating franchises, "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette."
