Chelsea Pottenger knows what it's like to achieve at the highest level and what it costs when you don't protect your mental health along the way.

As a Division 1 basketball athlete in Oklahoma, Pottenger learned early what high performance demanded: discipline, resilience, and relentless drive. She carried that competitive mindset into corporate leadership, where she thrived in high-pressure environments that reward results above all else.

In 2015, following the birth of her daughter, Pottenger experienced severe postnatal depression. A turning point that forced her to confront the unsustainability of her approach to success.

Her recovery became her education. Pottenger retrained, earning a graduate degree in psychology and becoming an accredited Mindfulness & Meditation coach. Through the process, she discovered you don't have to sacrifice your mental health to perform at a high level. When you build the right mental foundation, you perform better for longer.

Today, as founder of EQ Minds and author of "The Mindful High Performer," Pottenger has trained over two million people globally. She’s a mental health ambassador for Gidget Foundation Australia and a media contributor to Sunrise, ABC News, Channel 9, and Marie Claire.
