Chelsea Bear is a content creator, disability advocate, motivational speaker, and accessibility consultant known for her work in the disability community. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy at age 3, Bear uses a mobility scooter outside her home. Bear earned a bachelor's degree in communication and public relations from Florida Gulf Coast University.
