Charles P. Garcia

Charles P. Garcia is a Latino entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker whose career spans military service, government, global finance, and public speaking. Garcia graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma and a law degree from Columbia Law School. He has contributed to business, government, the military, and education, serving as a role model within the Hispanic community.

Garcia was appointed as a White House Fellow, where he worked with the Department of State and the Office of National Drug Control Policy. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leaders in the military, political, and business sectors, including General John Galvin, John C. Whitehead, and William Bennett, contributing to the development of the nation's first National Drug Control Policy.

As an entrepreneur, Garcia founded Sterling Financial Group of Companies, expanding it from a small startup to a firm with 60 offices in seven countries. The company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States. Garcia has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by multiple national organizations. His books, including "Leadership Lessons of the White House Fellows," have been published in multiple languages. Garcia received the Key to the City of Panama for his contributions as a Panamanian-American entrepreneur.

Garcia has led the Association of Latino Professionals for America and served on national boards such as Junior Achievement USA, Girl Scouts USA, and 3DE Schools. He completed an Advanced Leadership Fellowship at Harvard and taught at MIT, receiving the Ernest T. Stewart Award.
