Cesar Gamez

Cesar Gamez, M.A., is a licensed professional counselor, eating disorders specialist, and public speaker whose work focuses on mental health, family wellness, and faith. Gamez holds a Master of Arts in marriage and family counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has pursued doctoral studies in behavioral health at Arizona State University. His career emphasizes clinical practice and education, establishing him as a recognized voice on mental and emotional health challenges.

Gamez is the founder and director of Family Insights, a resource hub for ministry leaders and parents of teenagers. In this role, he develops community-centered programming that supports families in navigating emotional and relational issues. Through North Phoenix Counseling, he provides individual and group therapy services for teenagers and adults in the Phoenix metro area, focusing on eating disorders, anxiety, and family counseling.

Prior to founding his own organizations, Gamez served as a primary therapist at Remuda Ranch, an inpatient treatment facility for women with anxiety and eating disorders. This experience informs his clinical approach and advocacy in the fields of behavioral health and women's mental health. He has also served as owner and clinical director for North Phoenix Counseling.

As a keynote speaker, Gamez addresses topics including faith and religion, health and wellness, motivation, and personal growth. He presents at corporate events, conferences, leadership programs, charity galas, and community gatherings, offering practical insights into mental health and family resilience for a range of audiences, including faith communities and corporate organizations.
