Catherine Garceau

Catherine Garceau is a Canadian Olympic medalist and keynote speaker whose career spans synchronized swimming, wellness coaching, and mental health advocacy. Garceau was part of the Canadian team that earned a bronze medal in the synchronized team competition at the Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in economics, she became a professional aquatic performer in shows such as "Le Reve" at the Wynn Casino in Las Vegas.

Despite her achievements, Garceau faced significant personal challenges, including an eating disorder following her Olympic success.
