Catch Your Breath is a hard rock band based in Austin, Texas, founded with the release of the debut single "Burn." The band consists of vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herra, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez. Catch Your Breath is recognized for its distinctive sound in the modern rock and alternative metal landscape, blending synth soundscaping, dynamic production, and refined songwriting. The group's music features driving rhythms, melodic guitar work, and emotionally charged vocals, drawing influences from bands such as Bring Me the Horizon, I Prevail, and Bad Omens.

Following this, the track "Dial Tone" amassed tens of millions of streams, debuted on Sirius XM Octane, reached No. 3 on Spotify Metal's worldwide chart, and climbed to No. 7 on Billboard's Hot Hard Rock Songs. The debut studio album, also titled "Shame on Me," was produced by Curt Martin and released via Thriller Records.

Catch Your Breath has performed alongside acts such as Falling in Reverse, Ice Nine Kills, Atreyu, Breaking Benjamin, and Daughtry. The band has appeared at major music festivals including Sonic Temple, Welcome to Rockville, Aftershock Festival, and Blue Ridge Rock Festival. Catch Your Breath has also supported Nothing More on tour across Europe and the United Kingdom, with a festival appearance at Nova Rock in Nickelsdorf, Austria.
