Carlie Irsay-Gordon

Carlie Irsay-Gordon assumed leadership of the Indianapolis Colts in 2025, becoming the team's principal owner and CEO. Her impact on the NFL extends beyond her role with the Colts, as she has also served on the NFL Digital Media Committee since 2016. Irsay-Gordon's influence is evident in her work with the NFL's Media Owned and Operated Committee, where she oversees operations of the NFL Network and NFL.com, and her position on the NFL's Security and Fan Conduct Committee and board of the NFL Player Care Foundation.

Providing opportunities and creating an inclusive environment are key facets of Irsay-Gordon's leadership. She created and oversees the Colts' Tony Dungy Diversity Coaching Fellowship and the Harriet P. Irsay Fellowship for Women in Football programs. In 2021, she launched a mental health initiative called "Kicking the Stigma". Her efforts were recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal when she was named to its "Forty Under 40" list in 2015.

Irsay-Gordon's commitment to the community extends beyond the NFL. As a member of the board of trustees of her alma mater, the Park Tudor School, and the Lake Maxinkuckee Environmental Fund, she continues to give back. Notably, the Irsay family provided a lead gift for a new Sports and Wellness Center at Park Tudor, announced in August 2020. Irsay-Gordon's hands-on approach to management, involvement in game day operations, and maintaining personal connections with team members have distinguished her in the realm of NFL ownership, as noted by ESPN in November 2025.
