Cara Buono

Cara Buono, an accomplished actress with a career spanning over three decades, started her cinematic journey in 1989. Her extensive television credits include notable roles in the "Law & Order" franchise, the AMC period drama "Mad Men," and the Netflix science fiction horror series "Stranger Things." Buono's performance as Dr. Faye Miller in "Mad Men" garnered her a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series in 2010. Additionally, she has shown her versatility by lending her voice to the video game "Mafia" in 2002, portraying the character Sarah Angelo.

Buono's role as Karen Wheeler in "Stranger Things" is one she's best known for, having been part of the series since 2016. Her performance, along with the rest of the cast, earned them the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2016.
