Candace Reese Walters

Candace Reese Walters is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, empowerment speaker, and executive coach known professionally as The CEO Pundit. Walters has built a career at the intersection of corporate strategy, brand management, and leadership development. She holds a degree in mass communications with concentrations in business management and marketing from Auburn University, which informed her early work in sales and marketing.

After working in corporate and nonprofit public relations, marketing, and advertising, Walters founded Envision Global Corporation, a firm specializing in corporate and philanthropic strategy management. Through Envision Global, she has developed image-building campaigns for a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, and philanthropists, with a focus on global and multicultural brand strategy. Walters also launched EnviBlu Lifestyle Concierge, a travel, concierge, and ground transportation service under the Envision Global umbrella.

Her professional recognition includes honors from Marquis Who's Who for expertise in brand management and crisis communications. She founded the Juneteenth Pilgrimage, an annual event rooted in her family's history as descendants of John Fluker Thomas, who was present at General Gordon Granger's reading of the Emancipation Proclamation in Galveston, Texas. The pilgrimage retraces historic sites in Galveston and is recognized for its educational and cultural significance. Walters is authoring a book and producing a documentary on Juneteenth pilgrimages, furthering her commitment to preserving and sharing this chapter of American history. Through her work, Walters encourages individuals and organizations to embrace their potential and lead with purpose.
