Byron Halliburton

Byron Halliburton is a hospitality executive whose career spans a 20-year tenure in the U.S. Air Force and leadership roles with luxury hotel and restaurant brands. Halliburton holds an associate degree from The Culinary Institute of America, an associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science from Southwestern College, and an MBA from Louisiana State University, combining culinary expertise with business management skills.

After transitioning from military service, Halliburton held leadership positions at Walt Disney World Resort and The Ritz-Carlton. He served as director of hotel operations, food and beverage at W New Orleans, restaurant general manager at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, and beverage director at EDITION Hotels. At EDITION Hotels, he also served as general manager of Lilac Restaurant, a Michelin-starred dining destination.

Halliburton is director of restaurants at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, a luxury property on Florida's Gulf Coast. In this role, he leads a team of more than 100 food and beverage professionals across nine dining outlets, including four full-service restaurants. His expertise includes change management, performance optimization, and data-driven strategies that enhance financial results and guest satisfaction, drawing from both military discipline and luxury hospitality experience.
