Brieane Olson

Brieane Olson is the chief executive officer of PacSun, a youth fashion retailer known for its integration of fashion, art, sports, and music. With more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry, Olson has played a key role in transforming PacSun into a digital-first brand that connects with Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers. Olson began her career at PacSun as a senior design director, where she contributed to the expansion of the women’s line and established partnerships with brands and personalities such as Kanye West, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and Jerry Lorenzo. She later became PacSun’s first female CEO, overseeing the company’s global growth and leading collaborations, including exclusive collections with A$AP Rocky and Paris Hilton.
