Brian Holloway

Brian Holloway is a former NFL offensive tackle known for his athleticism and academic achievements. A Stanford University Academic All-American, Holloway entered the National Football League as the New England Patriots' first-round draft pick. At Stanford, he contributed to national rankings while protecting quarterback John Elway. Holloway earned All-Rookie honors in his first year and was recognized for his performance on the field.

Standing 6 feet 7 inches and weighing 284 pounds, Holloway was recognized for his presence and leadership on the offensive line, earning three Pro Bowl selections. Drafted 19th overall by the Patriots, he started 90 of his 102 career games and played a key role during the team's run to Super Bowl XX, serving as offensive captain. Holloway was named Second-team All-Pro and was selected for the New England Patriots All-1980s Team.

Holloway was elected Vice President of the NFL Players Association at age 23, becoming the youngest to hold the position. In this role, he contributed to a significant television contract for the league. He also helped develop the first College Degree Completion Program for Professional Athletes and contributed to the establishment of the Challenger Center for Space Education.

Holloway is an international motivational speaker and corporate trainer, working with companies and organizations to improve productivity and competitive performance. He uses multimedia technology and NFL game footage to illustrate key concepts in leadership and teamwork. Holloway has lectured at Harvard Business School, Yale University, Stanford University, Princeton, New York Graduate School of Business, and Williams College. He has also worked with the Baltimore Ravens as a motivational speaker and mentor. Holloway's work has been featured on "Good Morning America," "The Today Show," ESPN, and NBC Sports, as well as in USA Today, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, L.A. Times, and Chicago Tribune.
