Brandon Dawson

Brandon Dawson is an entrepreneur, author, and business consultant known for his work in business scaling and human optimization. Dawson has built his career on aligning ownership, accelerating performance, and supporting organizations in achieving growth.

Dawson began his entrepreneurial journey in the healthcare industry, serving as director of U.S. sales at Starkey Hearing Technologies, where he contributed to the design, development, and distribution of digital hearing systems. He later founded Sonus, a Warburg Pincus–backed consolidation company, and took it public on the American Stock Exchange at age 29, becoming one of the youngest founders to ring the opening bell. After losing control of Sonus to private equity investors, Dawson founded Audigy Group, a company in the hearing care sector. He developed Audigy Group into a decentralized operating and ownership organization that shared equity with customers and employees. The company was eventually acquired for $151 million at a 77× EBITDA multiple, and Dawson assisted the acquiring public company in scaling its share price and market value.

Dawson co-founded Cardone Ventures with Grant Cardone, focusing on business consulting and management. Cardone Ventures has become one of the largest privately held business consulting firms in the United States, managing over $2.1 billion in revenue and supporting entrepreneurs across industries such as health and cybersecurity. Dawson has completed more than 130 acquisitions and raised $500 million in transactions. He is the author of "Nine-Figure Mindset" and hosts the "Building Billions" podcast, which explores strategies for building scalable, profitable, and sellable businesses.

Dawson also co-founded 10X Health System, a wellness company that integrates genetic testing, blood biomarker analysis, and precision protocols to create personalized health plans. As co-founder and CEO, Dawson expanded 10X Health from a boutique genetics and wellness business into a global brand. 10X Health serves more than 218,000 customers across 46 countries, offering services to a broad range of clients, including athletes, celebrities, and mainstream consumers. The company has been featured on Hulu's "The Kardashians." Under Dawson's leadership, 10X Health grew to over 400 employees and generated significant revenue and EBITDA without outside capital or debt.

Dawson has been a featured speaker at the Milken Institute Global Conference and continues to focus on making precision wellness accessible worldwide, applying business-building principles to both organizational and human performance.
