Promotions - a non-profit youth organization located in Appleton, Wisconsin with a mission to instill hope in youth. Since 1982, Lenz has spoken in all 50 states and is a member of the National Speakers Association.

Lenz has authored the book, "Grace - For Those Who Think They Don't Measure Up," endorsed by such notable authors as Tony Campolo, Dan Allender, Rebecca St. James, Don Wilkerson and others. He has also served as the Director of a non-profit counseling center, hosted a radio program, and founded youth events that bring as many as 18,000 teens and adults together for a time of music and positive messages.
