Ben Campagna

Ben Campagna is an international speaker, trainer, and executive peak performance coach whose work focuses on the intersection of science, lived experience, and transformational coaching. Campagna addresses the challenge of achieving high performance without burnout, specializing in chronic stress prevention and holistic health promotion. With more than a decade of experience in coaching and training, he supports personal and organizational transformation in the areas of workplace well-being, mental health, and human performance.

Educated in Switzerland and the United States, Campagna holds a degree in psychology and sport sciences, along with certifications in the neurobiology of addiction, life coaching, motivational coaching, advanced communication, and social emotional intelligence. He is an NLP Master Practitioner. A lifelong martial artist, Campagna is a former K1 and Thai boxing competitor and holds a black belt in Ninjutsu.

Campagna began his professional journey at 17, facilitating life changes for individuals, speaking at conferences, and delivering intervention workshops for corporations. While completing his degree at the University of Lausanne and pursuing advanced studies in nutrition and performance, he worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those facing depression, trauma, addiction, and high-pressure environments. His coaching methods help individuals break free from destructive behavioral patterns, find purpose, accelerate recovery, and enhance mental, physical, and emotional health.

In the corporate sector, Campagna has collaborated with Swiss multinationals on well-being and mental performance programs, chronic stress and burnout prevention, and advanced leadership training.
