Bea Dixon

Beatrice Dixon is the CEO, co-founder, and chief innovation officer of The Honey Pot Company, a plant-derived personal wellness brand she launched following a personal health challenge. Dixon founded The Honey Pot Company after experiencing an extended battle with bacterial vaginosis, which led her to develop the brand's first product, a vulva-safe wash. Drawing on her background in pharmaceuticals, retail, and natural foods, Dixon introduced a plant-based feminine care system to the marketplace.

The Honey Pot Company has expanded from a single product to a comprehensive line of feminine washes, wipes, tampons, pads, and other products for vaginal health and wellness. Under Dixon's leadership, the brand has become a leading personal care company in the United States, with products available in millions of households and major retailers nationwide, including Target, Whole Foods, CVS, Walgreens, and Kroger. The company has grown into a nine-figure brand, distributed in more than 33,000 stores across the country. The acquisition of a majority stake in The Honey Pot Company by Compass Diversified Holdings marked a significant business milestone and drew attention as one of the largest exits for a Black female founder.

Dixon has received recognition from organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Worth, Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Ebony, and Create and Cultivate. The Honey Pot Company has earned awards including the CEW Beauty Creator Award, ESSENCE Best in Black Beauty Award, Cosmopolitan Holy Grail Award, Bustle Sexual Wellness Award, WWD Beauty Inc Wellness Award, Glamour 100 Award, and Beauty Inc Award. Dixon was also a recipient of the Sundial and Unilever New Voices fund and was among the first 40 women of color to raise one million dollars in venture capital.
