Bahiyah Yasmeen Robinson

Bahiyah Yasmeen Robinson is a leader in venture capital and impact investing, recognized for her work in building inclusive financial ecosystems. As the founder and managing partner of VC Include and Include Ventures, Robinson has focused her career on expanding opportunities for diverse asset managers, particularly women, Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and LGBTQ+ leaders in alternative investments. Robinson has supported firms with billions in targeted assets under management, contributing to the growth of institutional-grade asset management firms that generate both financial returns and social impact.

Robinson’s expertise spans more than 15 years in philanthropy, technology, and investment, leading to the creation of VC Include and Include Ventures. Through these platforms, she has launched initiatives such as the Climate Justice Initiative, which provides working capital to historically underrepresented fund managers in the United States and Europe. Her efforts have supported dozens of emerging managers, with VC Include’s fellowship program graduating more than 20 private equity and venture capital firms that have collectively raised hundreds of millions in capital.
