Aura E. Martinez, a Self-Discovery and Empowerment Coach, is the creator of the Aura Blueprint™, a tool to help women identify their purpose. She communicates techniques for reigniting personal passion while navigating life's numerous demands and challenges. Martinez is also Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She also holds certifications as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and in Holistic Nutrition through the American Fitness Professional Associates. Using her background in nutrition, wellness, and psychology, Martinez assists others in improving their relationship with themselves. According to her, self-discovery is the cornerstone of wellbeing in every life aspect.
As the founder of Live to the Max™, Martinez continues to inspire individuals towards self-growth. She has authored "Creating a Lifetime of Wellness: Start Having the Life You Deserve" and "Creating a Lifetime of Wellness Journal: Your Personal Coach to the Different Areas of Your Life". Her work has been featured in Spirituality and Health magazine, Psychology Today, and Natural Awakening NYC edition magazine.
Martinez has a BA in Forensic Psychology and a Minor in Speech and Theatre. She is currently located in Atlanta, GA.
