Ashley K. Stoyanov Ojeda

Ashley K. Stoyanov Ojeda is a business strategist, keynote speaker, and author who has developed resources, opportunities, and community for underrepresented entrepreneurs. Stoyanov Ojeda, also known as the Business Hada Madrina or Business Fairygodmother, has focused her career on supporting business growth and community development for diverse founders through coaching and consulting.

Stoyanov Ojeda began her career in the music industry, working at major record labels, publishers, and venues. After relocating to Portland, Oregon, she established a network for local womxn songwriters, which grew into a national organization featured by The Recording Academy, called #WomxnCrush Music. Before transitioning to full-time entrepreneurship, she contributed to community marketing teams for Yelp and Fairygodboss and worked in business development, public relations, and partnerships for pre-seed technology and media startups. These experiences across music, technology, and media provided her with a cross-industry perspective on community building and brand strategy.

Her debut book, "Jefa in Training," is recognized as the first business toolkit and workbook for Latinas. The book serves as a step-by-step guide to starting a business and includes business frameworks, worksheets, and insights from successful Latina founders. "Jefa in Training" is noted for being the only Spanglish project-launching toolkit and female entrepreneur planner designed for a new generation of business leaders. The book received recognition from figures such as Eva Longoria and achieved a top ranking in Hispanic American Demographic Studies. A second edition was released, with Stoyanov Ojeda reflecting on the book's impact on entrepreneurs.

Stoyanov Ojeda is a two-time published Latina author. She is also working on a book titled "The Book of Awesome Latinas," co-written with journalist Mirtle Peña Calderón, which will highlight 88 Latina women from Latin America. Her work has been featured by Forbes, Business Insider, and Nasdaq, and she has been recognized as a "Latinx to Watch" by Hispanic Executive Magazine. The success of "Jefa in Training" led to the creation of the Jefa in Training Circle, a membership service offering Latina entrepreneurs access to strategy sessions, mentoring, workshops, retreats, author development, and public speaking clubs.

Stoyanov Ojeda speaks on topics such as consumer trust, multicultural strategy, and community building at Fortune 500 companies, universities, and entrepreneurship summits. She has delivered keynotes and workshops for global brands including Google, Pepsi, and Adidas, as well as for universities and nonprofits such as Montclair State University, FIU, and Baruch College. As an advocate for women's health and mental health awareness, she has spoken about her experience with endometriosis.
