Arsen Ostrovsky is a leading human rights attorney and CEO of the International Legal Forum (ILF), an independent Israel-based pro-active global network of over 4,000 lawyers and activists in 40 countries. The ILF has been at the forefront of combating antisemitism and advocating for Israel in the international legal arena, especially in the wake of the October 7th Hamas massacre.
Recognized as an expert on international law and antisemitism, Ostrovsky has previously addressed the United Nations, US Congress, European and British Parliaments, the Bundestag and French Senate. He has also lectured at the U.S. Naval Academy and frequently writes and appears in leading news publications and TV.
In 2018, Ostrovsky was awarded the Nefesh B’Nefesh Bonei Zion Prize in ‘Israel Advocacy’ and in 2022 was recognized by The Algemeiner as one of the Top 100 people in the world positively influencing Jewish life. He is also one of the leading advocates for Israel on-line, where his posts reach tens of millions of people each month. Ostrovsky previously practiced in corporate and international law in Australia and the United States.
