Ari Krzyzek

Ari Krzyzek is the CEO and head of strategy at Chykalophia, an Evanston, Illinois-based branding and digital marketing agency she co-founded with Peter Krzyzek. The agency has developed into a full-service creative studio specializing in web design, brand strategy, UX design, and digital marketing. Chykalophia has been recognized as one of the CO—100, an annual list of the top 100 small and mid-sized businesses in the United States, and has earned recognition as a Culture Champion for cultivating employee-driven company cultures. Krzyzek has received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award at NAWBO Chicago's Annual Celebration of Achievement Conference for her business achievements and commitment to advancing women business owners.

With more than a decade of multidisciplinary experience in graphic design, packaging, digital design, and UI/UX, Krzyzek focuses on transforming business visions into effective brand identities. Her agency works with FemTech, direct-to-consumer, and women-led brands to develop websites that serve as strategic business platforms. She is a certified brand strategist and UX expert who has supported over 250 businesses in launching and scaling to six- and seven-figure revenues. Krzyzek contributes to Built In, writing on topics such as the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning into UX design.

Krzyzek is the co-author of "Made to Sell: Creating Websites that Convert," a top-three bestselling book in web design. The book outlines her agency's methodology for building conversion-focused websites and serves as a guide for business owners. As a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumna and WBENC-certified business owner, she brings business training and entrepreneurial experience to her work and writing.

Krzyzek is committed to supporting women in technology and design. She serves as a branding and UX consultant and mentor through 1871 Chicago, MATTER, the Interaction Design Foundation, and ADPlist. She is the founder of Creative Women's Co., a community for women in creative fields, and co-hosts the "Halo Femtech" podcast with Kung Pik Liu, which features innovators advancing women's health. Krzyzek also serves on the board of the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University and as a board member of WBENC, contributing to entrepreneurship, design, and women's empowerment.
