Annie Andrews

Dr. Annie Andrews is a pediatrician, educator, and nonprofit founder with a career focused on child health advocacy and public service. She is a clinical professor of pediatrics at George Washington University and a hospitalist at Children’s National Hospital. Andrews has spent more than 15 years in pediatric care, treating children affected by gun violence, chronic illness, and mental health crises. Her expertise in gun violence prevention is recognized nationally, and she serves as a senior advisor to Everytown for Gun Safety and Moms Demand Action, contributing research and policy recommendations to reduce pediatric firearm injuries.

Andrews’s leadership extends into policy and advocacy. She founded "Their Future. Our Vote.," a nonprofit and political action committee dedicated to electing leaders who prioritize children’s issues and advancing a Kids First Agenda.
