Ani Chahal Honan

Ani Chahal Honan is the founder and managing partner of Yunity and IMAGINE, two organizations operating at the intersection of capital, startup innovation labs, and advisory ecosystems. Honan's work focuses on the triple bottom line—people, planet, and profit—supporting creators, investors, and communities in developing solutions that generate both financial and societal impact. Honan has supported companies with more than $49 billion in exits and acquisitions, contributing to advancements in artificial intelligence, robotics, blockchain, biotech, and spatial technologies.

Honan has led initiatives such as IMAGINE's partnership with a global coalition of AI scientists, advancing artificial general intelligence and neuro-symbolic AI beyond large technology companies. She has promoted incentivized collaboration, strategic investment, and wellness programming for startups, while directing up to 10 percent of profits to aligned nonprofit organizations. Honan has received recognition from the US Congress for business achievements, honors as a Kate Spade World Changing Woman, a Top 40 Under 40 Leader, and invitations to serve as a SXSW mentor and co-chair of the US Capital Women’s Leadership Conference.

Honan serves as a Board of Trustees member for the XPRIZE Foundation, a steward with Pachamama Alliance, and an advisory board member for several impact-driven organizations.
