Angela Ellis

Angela Ellis is a professional development expert, certified career coach, and the founder and lead consultant of Enhance Business Solutions LLC. Her expertise is built on two decades of experience in human resources, employee development, and management. Ellis specializes in leadership effectiveness, individual development, performance improvement, and team synergy. She facilitates corporate conversations, keynote addresses, and strategic planning sessions on topics including diversity and inclusion and emotional intelligence, which she identifies as key performance drivers in the workforce.

Ellis designs and leads workshops covering subjects such as leading teams, conflict resolution, and decision-making. She has worked with clients on four continents, facilitated more than 10,000 hours of training, and coached over 100 individuals. Her clients include global organizations such as BIC, Coca-Cola, AT&T, Procter and Gamble, and Nissan, as well as academic institutions, government entities, and nonprofit organizations. As a conference speaker, Ellis provides addresses to students, executives, and educators worldwide.

Ellis is the author of two books. "Breaking Broke" is a financial empowerment text that offers practical strategies she used to eliminate significant debt and build substantial wealth. Her second book, "The Power Within," outlines approaches and mindsets that support achieving successful outcomes. Ellis shares her financial journey and personal challenges to connect with audiences across industries.

Ellis is a Nashville Emerging Leader Award winner, a 40 Under Forty Award winner, and a Nashville Athena Award honoree. She has participated in Leadership Nashville and the Young Leaders Council. Ellis has served as president of the Middle Tennessee chapter of the American Society of Training and Development and as senior vice president of operations for the Tennessee chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. She holds bachelor's degrees, an MBA, and multiple certifications in her field, establishing her as a recognized voice in leadership development and professional growth.
