Andy Thomas

Andy Thomas is a career coach, executive coach, motivational speaker, and author with a professional background spanning more than three decades in broadcasting, staffing, and career development. Thomas began his broadcasting career at age 19, building a 30-year tenure across 17 radio stations and becoming a syndicated radio talk show host with a national audience. His experience in public speaking, interviewing, and branding became foundational to his coaching approach.

Serving as an on-air personality, program director, and sales manager, Thomas later founded a South Carolina-based radio syndication company. He transitioned into staffing as a sales manager for Good People Staffing, a subsidiary of Goodwill Industries in Lower South Carolina, where he focused on recruitment and career counseling. In this role, Thomas provided job seekers with the skills and strategies necessary for career advancement in a competitive job market.

During a period of economic downturn, Thomas launched 17 seminars across seven Southeast cities, assisting thousands of unemployed individuals in regaining confidence and securing interviews through his career development techniques. He co-authored the book, "The Job I Need, Needs Me," with Denise K. James, sharing his career success formula and insights from his seminar experiences. Thomas also worked in digital marketing with CBS Radio and NBC TV in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As an executive coach, Thomas works with high-level professionals, including C-suite leaders, to support their career goals. With more than nine years of coaching experience and over 2,000 clients, he has worked with CIOs from Fortune 500 companies, managing directors at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, senior executives at eBay, and leaders at national health organizations.
