Andrew Paul

Andrew Paul is a former Navy SEAL officer whose military career spans more than 17 years, including service as both an active-duty officer and reservist. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Paul was commissioned and completed SEAL training alongside Echelon Front co-founder Leif Babin. He completed multiple combat deployments to Iraq, serving as the officer in charge of a Naval Special Warfare special boat team detachment and as assistant platoon commander for Delta Platoon, Task Unit Bruiser, where he worked with Babin, Mike Sarraille, JP Dinnell, and Task Unit Bruiser commander Jocko Willink.

Paul gained firsthand experience during the Battle of Ramadi, learning leadership in combat operations and the application of the laws of combat under the mentorship of Babin and Willink. His service has been recognized with a Bronze Star Medal with "V," an Army Commendation Medal with "V," and other combat and meritorious awards.

After his military service, Paul transitioned to the mortgage industry, building a business and gaining experience in sales, operations, and management. He applied the leadership principles outlined in "Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win," co-authored by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, focusing on accountability and team leadership.

Paul serves as a leadership instructor and chief of staff with Echelon Front, providing leadership consulting and keynote speaking for business leaders. He draws on his experiences in both combat and business to deliver insights on leadership, adaptability, and performance, offering practical strategies for organizational success and leadership development.
