Ana Quincoces

Ana Quincoces is an American television personality, chef, food entrepreneur, and author known for her transition from the legal field to the culinary and entertainment industries. Quincoces began her professional journey as a lawyer, co-founding Rodriguez & Quincoces PA, a firm specializing in bankruptcy and transactional real estate law, before shifting her focus to food and media.

Quincoces gained national attention as a cast member on Bravo's "Real Housewives of Miami." She later appeared as a finalist on "Food Network Star" and served as a judge on Fox's "Hell's Kitchen" and Telemundo's "MasterChef Latino." Her television experience also includes guest co-hosting "The View" and "The Chew," hosting Fox's "Utilisima Puro Chef" in Buenos Aires, and co-hosting "The Daily Flash" on CW. Her business, Skinny Latina, was featured on CNBC's "The Profit."

Quincoces is the creator of Skinny Latina, a line of Latin-inspired cooking sauces and marinades available in more than 5,000 retailers nationwide, including Whole Foods, Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Winn Dixie, Albertsons, Jewel, and Harris Teeter. She is the author of three cookbooks: "Sabor! A Passion for Cuban Cuisine," "Cuban Chicks Can Cook," and "The Versailles Restaurant Cookbook." She has also developed "Modern Cuban: A Contemporary Approach to the Classics."

Quincoces has collaborated with major brands such as Target, Unilever, Olay, Smithfield, and Nestlé. She has served as a keynote speaker at conferences including Walmart Open Call, Hispanic Leadership, Women in Business, the American Bar Association's Bench and Bar Conference, and the Latina Coalition. Quincoces addresses topics such as entrepreneurship, culinary innovation, and mental health. She co-hosts the podcast "Mami Issues" with her daughter Beba, exploring family dynamics and cultural identity.
