Ana Larrea-Albert

Ana Larrea-Albert is a leadership advisor, author, and professor committed to helping professionals lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction. With over 20 years of international experience in corporate and a decade in global leadership, including her role as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience, Larrea-Albert brings a combination of strategic insight, academic rigor, and lived experience to her work. She is the founder of the Institute of Leadership and Culture and creator of The Confident Leader Lab™, where she empowers high-performing professionals and organizations to align leadership with values, mindset, and strengths.

Larrea-Albert teaches Leadership & Organizations in the MBA program at Florida Atlantic University and holds graduate degrees from both FAU and Harvard University, where she earned her Master's in Public Administration from the Kennedy School with a focus on Management, Leadership, and Decision Science. She is also a certified Organization Development Professional and an award-winning researcher.

Her book, "The Confident Leader: From Self-Doubt to Authentically You," explores the neuroscience and narrative power behind authentic, aligned leadership. She’s also the author of the bilingual children’s series "ZeeZee Can" or "ZeeZee Puede," which received recognition for its inspirational message and cultural relevance.

Larrea-Albert has been honored as a Latina of Influence and nominated for the Everyday Hero Award for her community impact, including her work with the Hispanic community and the founding of the Latina Leadership Collective. She's also a contributor in the book "Today's Inspired Latina Volume X: Life Stories Of Success In The Face of Adversity".

Born in Quito, Ecuador, and now based in Florida, Larrea-Albert continues to speak internationally, consult across industries, and inspire the next generation of leaders to step into their voice, own their story, and lead with purpose.
