Amy Hepburn

Amy Hepburn is a leader in impact investing and social entrepreneurship, serving as CEO of the Investor Leadership Network. In this role, she oversees long-term strategy and global stakeholder engagement for a CEO-led consortium of major institutional investors managing more than $10 trillion in assets. Hepburn is known for her expertise in gender lens investing and her work addressing social challenges through public-private partnerships and social returns.

Throughout her career, Hepburn has worked across private, nonprofit, and public sectors, focusing on advancing gender equality and supporting children in crisis. She has held roles including delegate on the inaugural G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council and executive director of WomenOne, where she expanded global access to girls' education. Hepburn holds faculty appointments at Duke University and George Washington University, where she teaches on social impact, human rights, and humanitarian action.
